Cleansing Milk is used to remove traces of dirt, excess sebum and makeup from the skin. People with dry skin or combination / dry skin tend to use cleaning formulas are not strip skin of natural resources (and needed) and oils (with oily skin who tend to a washing gel or foam Sometimes - it depends on the formulation of the manufacturer ).
