I know I'm going to build time in the first half and try to open a business because I have work, but how do I start? I love to make another party, provided, birthdays, baby showers, almost everything, so please all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Check-out and research a local competition, which can have a party and the business plan. Learning from them and what they offer and to find how to do it better than them.
In addition, to investigate suppliers. It is possible that the planning part, but you back here? Finding a good caterer. Who will be the DJ? DJs look good. Who sings? Find the Wedding "good / singing game." Where do you see to buy for decoration? Who will rent your equipment (sources, chairs, tables, etc.)? Find out whether your state and district specific requirements that alcohol may be responsible has.
